Service
We specialize in performing Lithium battery and Inverter installation in Winnebago Travato models 59G and 59K, and we will work on other smaller RVs. We also provide other upgrades and general repairs. See the list of packages for examples of our common upgrades. All work is done at our B-Haven location. We are no longer scheduling work during rallies.
Please Note:- We do not require you to drop off your rig and find a place to stay. You can stay in your rig for the duration of your service.
- We don't work on the vehicle chassis with the exception of LED headlights.
- We are not an authorized service center for warranty repair work.
- We do not currently install or repair 2nd alternator (UHG or Volta) systems.
- We don't do repairs on Volta Lithium systems - contact Voltagen
- For Cummins generators, we currently only do oil change and minor maintenance.
- We don't yet have indoor facilities and delays are possible in bad weather. Please have flexibility in your schedule.
- While we stock many common parts found in the Travato, please contact us to check availability of specific repair or upgrade parts you need (I don't have the inventory list online yet).
- There are no hotels, car rental, or Uber available in our immediate area (but there are 25-45 minutes away). You are welcome to camp in your vehicle on our property before, during, and after service (and we have electric, water, sewer). See B-Haven for more details including a campground next door.
Getting Scheduled
To get on our service schedule for any work from a minor repair or mod to a full Lithium upgrade, please fill out the service request form below. There is no obligation once signed up, and you can cancel anytime. We will only charge you once your service is completed. For emergency service, such as a water leak, no shore power, or repairs to something installed by us, we will work you in as soon as possible between or before other work. We are commonly booked for several months in advance, but will do our best to get you on the schedule quickly or at a later time as you may prefer. You can view openings in our current schedule on the calendar page. We currently don't have a waitlist, but you can request an earlier date if it is open.
Please also review the list of packages and specify that or the specific work you require when requesting service. This is important with scheduling the amount of time you will need. Most repair work and smaller upgrades can be accomplished in a single day, but larger upgrades may need two or more days. We work in stages so that you can use your rig overnight, and keep the power on for the duration.

Other service options
We understand that visiting us at B-Haven in Tennessee is not always convenient for everyone due to distance or the fact that we are regularly booked out for months. We frequently get questions about other locations available for similar work. While we do not personally vet, vouch for, or validate any of these facilities, they have at the very least a good reputation with other B-class van owners, and in some cases have consulted with me about Travato specifics and/or have purchased some of my upgrade kits/parts. If you do choose to have another shop do your upgrades or repairs, please let them know to contact me for any advice on techniques or parts.
Current Rates
As of October 2025, rates have been changed to include emergency service fee.
- Hourly: $180
- Daily: $1200
- Emergency Service fee: $250
- Travel fee: $250
After service
When your service is completed, a detailed bill (via PayPal invoice) will be sent to your email address. You can pay online with a credit card which is processed through PayPal (an account is not required). We also accept cash and checks, but card payment is preferred.
